Adrian Blackhawks (Adrian, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lakeland Vikings (Deepwater, MO), 79-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Adrian upgrades its record to 7-6 on the season. The Blackhawks travel to Drexel (Drexel, MO) to clash with the Bobcats in a Western Missouri bout on Friday, February 10. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 18-5. Drexel lost 59-52 in their recent league bout against Rich Hill (Rich Hill, MO)

Next up, the Vikings clash with the Osceola Indians (Osceola, MO) in a Western Missouri bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Lakeland will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 44-36 league win over Jasper (Jasper, MO).
