Illinois High School Basketball - Mt. Carmel routs Casey-Westfield

In Friday's league outing, the Mt. Carmel Golden Aces (Mt. Carmel, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Casey-Westfield Warriors (Casey, IL), by a margin of 63-38.

The Golden Aces (16-10) will now prepare for their outing against Carmi-White County (Carmi, IL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 20-4 record. In their last outing, Carmi-White County smashed Flora (Flora, IL), 37-31, in a league outing.

The Warriors now own a 14-7 record. They play next when they host Teutopolis for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 7. Casey-Westfield will clash with a Wooden Shoes squad coming off a 73-41 non-league win over Robinson (Robinson, IL). The Wooden Shoes record now stands at 19-7.
