With the victory, Diagonal improves its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Maroons travel to Lamoni (Lamoni, IA) to confront the Demons in a Bluegrass challenge on Monday, February 6. The Demons come into the challenge with a record of 3-13. Lamoni lost 70-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Lenox (Lenox, IA)

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Lourdes Central Catholic Knights (Nebraska City, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Hamburg will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 2-16 record after their 45-34 non-league loss to Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer (Humboldt, NE).
