Fayetteville Street Christian Patriots (Asheboro, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Mount Calvary Christian Warriors (Archdale, NC), 41-34 in a league bout.

With the win, Fayetteville Street Christian upgrades its record to 7-10 on the season. The Patriots travel to Union Grove Christian (Lexington, NC) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 17-7. Union Grove Christian won 56-43 in their recent league bout against Cramerton Christian Academy (Cramerton, NC)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Fellowship Baptist Academy Eagles (Durham, NC) in a NCCSA A East Region 4 bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Mount Calvary Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 23-3 record after their 72-19 non-league win over Greenville Christian Academy (Greenville, NC).
