Colorado High School Basketball - Jefferson Academy can't hold off Manual

February 3, 2023: Broomfield, CO 80020

The Manual Thunderbolts basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Jefferson Academy Jaguars to 48 in the Thunderbolts league triumph on Friday.

The Thunderbolts now sport a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to The Academy for a 4A/3A Metropolitan contest on Tuesday, February 7. Manual will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 65-62 league loss to Peak to Peak (Lafayette, CO). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-16.

The Jaguars (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Prospect Ridge Academy (Broomfield, CO). The Miners enter the 4A/3A Metropolitan contest with a 11-4 record. In their last contest, Prospect Ridge Academy nudged Stargate School (Thornton, CO), 58-51, in a league contest.
