With the victory, Kuemper improves its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Knights host South Hamilton (Jewell, IA) to confront the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 9. The Hawks come into the battle with a record of 9-8.

The Mustangs (2-16) will now prepare for their battle against Bedford (Bedford, IA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Bedford was routed by Mount Ayr (Mount Ayr, IA), 50-39, in a league battle.
