Louisiana High School Basketball - Lutcher fells South Terrebonne

Lutcher Bulldogs (Lutcher, LA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host South Terrebonne Gators (Bourg, LA), 56-44 in a league bout.
With the win, Lutcher upgrades its record to 12-8 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Newman (New Orleans, LA) to play the Greenies in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Greenies go into the bout with a record of 23-6. Newman won 64-53 in their recent non-league bout against Christ School (Arden, NC)
Next up, the Gators play the Vandebilt Catholic Terriers (Houma, LA) in a 4A District 7 bout, on Tuesday, February 7. South Terrebonne will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record.
