North Carolina High School Basketball - Varsity Opponent can't hold off Matthews Christian Academy

The Matthews Christian Academy Colts basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Varsity Opponent to 49 in the Colts non-league triumph on Friday.

The Colts now sport a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shining Light Baptist Academy for a NCCSA A West Region 2 contest on Monday, February 13.

The (366-1104) will now prepare for their contest against Harmony School Of Excellence-Austin (Austin, TX). The Tigers enter the Freelance contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Harmony School Of Excellence-Austin was nudged by Founders Classical Academy (Leander, TX), 63-41, in a non-league contest.
