Kansas High School Basketball - Aquinas over Rockhurst

February 3, 2023: Overland Park, KS 66215

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Aquinas Saints (Overland Park, KS) and the visiting Rockhurst Hawklets (Kansas City, MO), saw Aquinas's basketball squad overcome Rockhurst by a tally of 62-52.

With the victory, Aquinas improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Saints host Blue Valley North (Overland Park, KS) to confront the Mustangs in a Eastern Kansas challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 13-2. Blue Valley North won 62-57 in their recent non-league challenge against St. James Academy (Lenexa, KS)

Next up, the Hawklets confront the Creighton Prep Junior Jays (Omaha, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 11. Rockhurst will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record.
