The Northeast Vikings (Arma, KS) basketball crushed the host Altoona-Midway Jets (Buffalo, KS), 56-9 in Friday's non-league test.
The Vikings (9-4) will now prepare for their test against Marmaton Valley (Moran, KS). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 8-7 record. In their last test, Marmaton Valley walloped Yates Center (Yates Center, KS), 64-37, in a non-league test.
The Jets now own a 3-12 record. They play next when they host Southern Coffey County for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7. Altoona-Midway will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 37-26 non-league win over Waverly (Waverly, KS). The Titans record now stands at 8-8.
