In Friday's non-league outing, the Anderson County Bulldogs (Garnett, KS) basketball squad nipped the visiting Girard Trojans (Girard, KS), by a margin of 43-36.
The Bulldogs (10-4) will now prepare for their outing against Osawatomie (Osawatomie, KS). The Trojans go into the Pioneer outing with a 0-15 record. In their last outing, Osawatomie was tipped by Wellsville (Wellsville, KS), 45-31, in a non-league outing.
The Trojans now own a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Columbus for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 7.
