Michigan High School Basketball - Arbor Prep trounces South Lyon East

The Arbor Prep Gators (Ypsilanti, MI) basketball crushed the host South Lyon East Cougars (South Lyon, MI), 52-31 in Friday's non-league test.
The Gators (9-4) will now prepare for their test against Sand Creek (Sand Creek, MI). The Aggies go into the non-league test with a 10-7 record. In their last test, Sand Creek walloped Britton Deerfield (Britton, MI), 40-33, in a league test.
The Cougars now own a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to Milford for a Lakes Valley test on Tuesday, February 7. South Lyon East will encounter a Mavericks squad coming off a 54-14 league win over Mott (Waterford, MI). The Mavericks record now stands at 9-6.
