Michigan High School Basketball - Morley Stanwood can't hold off Big Rapids

The Big Rapids Cardinals basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Morley Stanwood Mohawks to 40 in the Cardinals league triumph on Friday.

The Cardinals now sport a 15-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Reed City for a Central State contest on Tuesday, February 7. Big Rapids will battle a Coyotes team coming off a 56-23 league win over Tri County Area (Howard City, MI). The Coyotes record now stands at 8-9.

The Mohawks (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against White Cloud (White Cloud, MI). The Indians enter the Central State contest with a 8-7 record.
