Lanier Longhorns (Sugar Hill, GA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Archer Tigers (Lawrenceville, GA), 5-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Longhorns confront the Brookwood Broncos (Snellville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Lanier will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Broncos enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Dunwoody (Dunwoody, GA).
The Tigers now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Apalachee for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 7. Archer will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to South Gwinnett (Snellville, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
