The Walker Wildcats basketball team (Walker, LA), was overwhelmed 91-66 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Archbishop Shaw Eagles (Marrero, LA)
The Eagles now possess a 22-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Landry for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 6.
The Wildcats (14-16) will now prepare for their battle against St. Amant (St. Amant, LA). The Gators come into the 5A District 5 battle with a 23-8 record. In their last battle, St. Amant trounced Dutchtown (Geismar, LA), 50-47, in a league battle.
