In Saturday's league outing, the Brimfield Indians (Brimfield, IL) basketball squad beat the host West Prairie Cyclones (Sciota, IL), by a margin of 58-45.

The Indians (11-13) will now prepare for their outing against Elmwood (Elmwood, IL). The Trojans go into the Prairieland outing with a 12-12 record. In their last outing, Elmwood defeated Lewistown (Lewistown, IL), 52-36, in a league outing.

The Cyclones now own a 3-20 record. They play next when they travel to Bushnell-Prairie City for a Prairieland outing on Monday, February 5. West Prairie will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 56-30 league loss to Peoria Heights (Peoria Heights, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 10-16.
