The Clopton Hawks topped the visiting Liberty Eagles basketball team by a final score of 57-41 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Hawks face the Van-Far Indians (Vandalia, MO) in a Eastern Missouri game, on Friday, February 9. Clopton will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record.

With the defeat, Liberty moves to 9-15 on the year. The Eagles travel to Hamilton/Warsaw (Hamilton, IL) to face the Titans in a West Central game on Monday, February 5. The Titans enter the game with a record of 18-5. Hamilton/Warsaw won 58-56 in their recent non-league game against KIPP (St. Louis, MO)
