Deerfield Warriors (Deerfield, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Northside Mustangs (Chicago, IL), 60-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Deerfield upgrades its record to 13-12 on the season. The Warriors host Glenbard East (Lombard, IL) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 11-14. Glenbard East lost 49-38 in their recent league bout against Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Maine West Warriors (Des Plaines, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Northside will attempt to upgrade on its 13-12 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 4-20 record after their 74-67 non-league loss to Waukegan (Waukegan, IL).
