The Highlanders now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. John's for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 6. Doherty Memorial will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 64-55 non-league loss to Boston College High (Boston, MA). The Pioneers record now stands at 4-11.

The Academics (12-4) will now prepare for their battle against Xavier (Middletown, CT). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 13-3 record. In their last battle, Xavier beat Law (Milford, CT), 62-41, in a league battle.
