Florence Bobcats (Florence, WI) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lena Wildcats (Lena, WI), 62-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Florence upgrades its record to 11-7 on the season. The Bobcats host Phelps (Phelps, WI) to play the Knights in a Northern Lakes bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Wildcats play the Oneida Nation Thunderhawks (Oneida, WI) in a Marinette & Oconto bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Lena will attempt to upgrade on its 4-15 season record. The Thunderhawks go into the bout with a 10-7 record after their 61-46 non-league loss to Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran (Green Bay, WI).
