Morenci Wildcats (Morenci, AZ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host San Miguel Vipers (Tucson, AZ), 90-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Morenci upgrades its record to 22-4 on the season. The Wildcats host Pima (Pima, AZ) to clash with the Roughriders in a 2A East bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Roughriders go into the bout with a record of 14-7. Pima won 80-18 in their recent league bout against Santa Rita (Tucson, AZ)
