The Pontiac Indians topped the visiting New Berlin Pretzels basketball team by a final score of 65-56 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Indians face the Monticello Sages (Monticello, IL) in a Illini Prairie game, on Tuesday, February 6. Pontiac will attempt to move on its 15-10 season record. The Sages enter the game with a 12-11 record after their 49-42 non-league win over Athens (Athens, IL).

The Pretzels now own a 19-7 record. They play next when they travel to Auburn for a Sangamo test on Tuesday, February 6. New Berlin will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 72-57 non-league loss to Tolono Unity (Tolono, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 22-4.
