New York High School Basketball - Olean ripped by St. Mary's

In Saturday's non-league match, the host St. Mary's Lancers basketball team scored a decisive 73-35 triumph over the Olean Huskies.

In their next game, the Lancers meet the The Park School of Buffalo Pioneers (Buffalo, NY) in a Monsignor Martin match, on Tuesday, February 6. St. Mary's will attempt to move on its 7-11 season record. The Pioneers enter the match with a 6-12 record after their 97-65 league loss to Bishop Timon-St. Jude (Buffalo, NY).

With the defeat, Olean moves to 5-10 on the year. The Huskies host Allegany-Limestone (Allegany, NY) to meet the Gators in a Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus - I West match on Tuesday, February 6. The Gators enter the match with a record of 7-9. Allegany-Limestone lost 64-49 in their recent league match against Salamanca (Salamanca, NY)
