The Sauk Centre Mainstreeters basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Pelican Rapids Vikings to 44 in the Mainstreeters non-league victory on Saturday.

The Mainstreeters now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Albany for a AA Section 6 contest on Tuesday, February 6. Sauk Centre will battle a Huskies team coming off a 73-52 league win over Mora (Mora, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 16-2.

The Vikings (15-3) will now prepare for their contest against Frazee (Frazee, MN). The Hornets come into the non-league contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, Frazee was defeated by Barnesville (Barnesville, MN), 51-49, in a non-league contest.
