Colorado High School Basketball - Woodland Park can't hold off St. Mary's

The St. Mary's Pirates basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting Woodland Park Panthers to 49 in the Pirates league victory on Saturday.
The Pirates now sport a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Junta for a 4A/3A Tri-Peaks contest on Tuesday, February 6. St. Mary's will battle a Tigers team coming off a 70-31 league loss to The Vanguard School (Colorado Springs, CO). The Tigers record now stands at 4-13.
The Panthers (2-13) will now prepare for their contest against Florence (Florence, CO). The Huskies come into the 4A/3A Tri-Peaks contest with a 6-10 record. In their last contest, Florence was nudged by Manitou Springs (Manitou Springs, CO), 63-49, in a league contest.
