Bound Brook Crusaders (Bound Brook, NJ) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting North Warren Regional Patriots (Blairstown, NJ), 45-36 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Bound Brook upgrades its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Nutley (Nutley, NJ) to play the Maroon Raiders in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 3. The Maroon Raiders come into the bout with a record of 12-8.

Next up, the Patriots play the Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology Lions (Paterson, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 3. North Warren Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 7-14 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 1-19 record after their 39-6 non-league loss to Butler (Butler, NJ).
