New Jersey High School Basketball - Hunterdon Central tipped by Sparta

The Sparta Spartans basketball team scored 32 points and held the visiting Hunterdon Central Red Devils to 25 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Spartans now sport a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jefferson Township for a non-league contest on Monday, February 5. Sparta will meet a Falcons team coming off a 41-35 non-league win over Madison (Madison, NJ). The Falcons record now stands at 16-3.
The Red Devils (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against Delaware Valley (Frenchtown, NJ). The Terriers enter the non-league contest with a 11-6 record. In their last contest, Delaware Valley nudged Belvidere (Belvidere, NJ), 50-47, in a league contest.
