In Saturday's non-league outing, the West Jessamine Colts (Nicholasville, KY) basketball squad felled the host Lexington Christian Eagles (Lexington, KY), by a margin of 56-46.

The Colts (18-6) will now prepare for their outing against Mercer County (Harrodsburg, KY). The Titans go into the District 46 outing with a 14-8 record. In their last outing, Mercer County thwarted Burgin (Burgin, KY), 61-34, in a league outing.

The Eagles now own a 15-6 record. They play next when they host Tates Creek for a District 43 outing on Tuesday, February 6. Lexington Christian will clash with a Commodores squad coming off a 58-35 non-league win over Western Hills (Frankfort, KY). The Commodores record now stands at 11-13.
