Valley Indians (Lucasville, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Manchester Greyhounds (Manchester, OH), 56-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Valley upgrades its record to 6-14 on the season. The Indians travel to South Webster (South Webster, OH) to play the Jeeps in a Southern Ohio III bout on Thursday, February 8. The Jeeps go into the bout with a record of 11-8.

Next up, the Greyhounds play the Green Bobcats (Franklin Furnace, OH) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. Manchester will attempt to upgrade on its 4-16 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 10-8 record after their 62-33 league loss to Notre Dame (Portsmouth, OH).
