In Saturday's non-league outing, the New Ulm Eagles (New Ulm, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Mound-Westonka White Hawks (Mound, MN), by a margin of 82-52.
The Eagles (17-6) will now prepare for their outing against Waseca (Waseca, MN). The Bluejays go into the AA Section 2 outing with a 6-15 record. In their last outing, Waseca smashed Blue Earth (Blue Earth, MN), 56-30, in a league outing.
The White Hawks now own a 0-21 record. They play next when they host Southwest Christian for a non-league outing on Monday, February 5. Mound-Westonka will clash with a Stars squad coming off a 64-50 non-league win over Mayer Lutheran (Mayer, MN). The Stars record now stands at 12-9.
