South Dakota High School Basketball - Waubay/Summit can't hold off Northwestern Area

The Northwestern Area Wildcats basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Waubay/Summit Mustangs to 47 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Saturday.
The Wildcats now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Webster for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. Northwestern Area will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 66-23 non-league loss to West Central (Hartford, SD). The Bearcats record now stands at 6-11.
The Mustangs (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wilmot (Wilmot, SD). The Wolves come into the non-league contest with a 3-14 record. In their last contest, Wilmot edged Langford (Langford, SD), 47-45, in a league contest.
