South Dakota High School Basketball - Tri-Valley trounces Redfield

The Tri-Valley Mustangs (Colton, SD) basketball crushed the host Redfield Pheasants (Redfield, SD), 49-26 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (7-8) will now prepare for their test against Sioux Falls Christian (Sioux Falls, SD). The Chargers go into the A Region 3 test with a 14-2 record. In their last test, Sioux Falls Christian walloped Sisseton (Sisseton, SD), 70-62, in a non-league test.
The Pheasants now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Warner for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 6. Redfield will encounter a Monarchs squad coming off a 58-15 league win over Waverly/South Shore (Waverly, SD). The Monarchs record now stands at 16-1.
