In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Chatham Cougars (Chatham, NJ) ice hockey team bounced the visiting Bernards Mountaineers (Bernardsville, NJ), by a margin of 10-0.
The Cougars now possess a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morristown-Beard for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 7. Chatham will clash with a Crimson team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Seton Hall Prep (West Orange, NJ). The Crimson record now stands at 10-7.
The Mountaineers (4-12) will now prepare for their challenge against West Morris Mendham (Mendham, NJ). The Minutemen enter the non-league challenge with a 6-9 record. In their last challenge, West Morris Mendham was ripped by Kinnelon (Kinnelon, NJ), 5-3, in a non-league challenge.
