The Chemics go into the bout with a record of 9-9. Midland won 4-1 in their recent non-league bout against Davison (Davison, MI)

The Cubs now have a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brother Rice for a Michigan Interscholastic bout on Tuesday, February 6. University of Detroit Jesuit will confront a Warriors squad coming off a 5-3 non-league win over De La Salle Collegiate (Warren, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 7-4.
