Eastern Mennonite Flames (Harrisonburg, VA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Carlisle Chiefs (Axton, VA), 78-25 in a league bout.

With the win, Eastern Mennonite upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Flames travel to Miller School of Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA) to play the Mavericks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 0-3.

Next up, the Chiefs play the North Cross Raiders (Roanoke, VA) in a bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Carlisle will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record.
