In Monday's non-league test, the South Prairie/Max (Minot, ND) basketball squad trounced the visiting Carrington Cardinals (Carrington, ND), by a score of 69-40.
Next, the clash with the Rugby Panthers (Rugby, ND) in a A Region 3 test, on Tuesday, February 4. South Prairie/Max will attempt to improve on its 17-0 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 9-6 record after their 69-30 non-league win over Shiloh Christian (Bismarck, ND).
The Cardinals (15-2) will now prepare for their test against Thompson (Thompson, ND). The Tommies come into the A Region 2 test with a 13-4 record. In their last test, Thompson bounced East Grand Forks (East Grand Forks, MN), 67-48, in a non-league test.
