The Hurley Rebels (Hurley, VA) basketball crushed the host Tazewell Bulldogs (Tazewell, VA), 52-22 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Rebels now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Twin Valley for a Black Diamond bout on Wednesday, February 5.
With the loss, Tazewell falls to 0-15 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Virginia High (Bristol, VA) to play the Bearcats in a Southwest bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 7-12. Virginia High lost 42-32 in their recent league bout against Marion (Marion, VA)
