Ohio High School Basketball - Kenton holds off Riverdale

The Kenton Wildcats basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Riverdale Falcons to 42 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.
The Wildcats now have a 17-2 record. They play next when they travel to Memorial for a Western Buckeye game on Thursday, February 6. Kenton will confront a Roughriders team coming off a 63-30 non-league loss to St. Henry (St. Henry, OH). The Roughriders record now stands at 6-15.
With the loss, Riverdale falls to 14-6 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Liberty-Benton (Findlay, OH) to confront the Eagles in a Blanchard Valley game on Thursday, February 6. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 11-9. Liberty-Benton lost 49-44 in their recent non-league game against Crestview (Convoy, OH)
