In Monday's non-league contest, the host Westland Cougars basketball team scored a big 65-40 win over the Marion-Franklin Red Devils.
The Cougars (2-16) will now prepare for their contest against Westerville North (Westerville, OH). The Warriors come into the Ohio Capital - Capital contest with a 1-16 record. In their last contest, Westerville North was trounced by Westerville South (Westerville, OH), 66-33, in a league contest.
