North Dakota High School Basketball - Westhope/Newburg fells Parshall

The Westhope/Newburg Sioux basketball team scored 80 points and limited the host Parshall Braves to 69 in the Sioux non-league triumph on Monday.

The Sioux now have a 6-16 record. They play next when they host Divide County for a non-league game on Friday, February 7. Westhope/Newburg will confront a Maroons team coming off a 70-29 non-league loss to Minot (Minot, ND). The Maroons record now stands at 10-11.

With the loss, Parshall falls to 5-18 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Tioga (Tioga, ND) to confront the Pirates in a B District 5 game on Thursday, February 13. The Pirates go into the game with a record of 17-2.
