The Catholic Crusaders (Virginia Beach, VA) basketball were winner over the visiting Atlantic Shores Christian Seahawks (Chesapeake, VA), 62-51 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Crusaders now possess a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Norfolk Christian for a bout on Tuesday, February 4. Catholic will play a Ambassadors team coming off a 60-47 league loss to Norfolk Academy (Norfolk, VA). The Ambassadors record now stands at 12-4.

With the loss, Atlantic Shores Christian falls to 13-2 on the campaign. The Seahawks travel to Hampton Christian Academy (Hampton, VA) to play the Warriors in a bout on Thursday, February 6. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Hampton Christian Academy won 57-48 in their recent league bout against Portsmouth Christian (Portsmouth, VA)
