The Mountain View Wildcats basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Freedom Eagles to 39 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they host King George for a non-league game on Wednesday, February 5. Mountain View will confront a Foxes team coming off a 44-40 non-league loss to Caroline (Milford, VA). The Foxes record now stands at 4-12.

With the loss, Freedom falls to 0-11 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Gar-Field (Woodbridge, VA) to confront the Red Wolves in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. The Red Wolves go into the game with a record of 11-3. Gar-Field lost 58-54 in their recent non-league game against Massaponax (Spotsylvania, VA)
