In Monday's league contest, the host Glendale Nitros basketball team scored a good 55-44 triumph over the Muir Mustangs.
The Nitros (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against Hoover (Glendale, CA). The Tornados go into the contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Hoover was topped by Burbank (Burbank, CA), 72-52, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Pasadena Bulldogs (Pasadena, CA) in a contest, on Wednesday, February 5. Muir will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 8-7 record after their 58-36 league win over Burroughs (Burbank, CA).
