Alabama High School Basketball - Glen Iris Baptist sneaks past Providence Classical

February 3, 2026: Huntsville, AL

The Glen Iris Baptist Swordsmen basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host Providence Classical to 45 in the Swordsmen non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Swordsmen now possess a 16-1 record. They play next when they host Cahawba Christian Academy for a non-league game on Monday, February 9. Glen Iris Baptist will play a Chargers team coming off a 33-19 league loss to New Life Christian Academy (Troy, AL). The Chargers record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Providence Classical falls to 5-2 on the campaign.
