In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Heritage Generals soccer squad scored a close 7-0 win over the North Murray Mountaineers.
The Generals (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Gordon Central (Calhoun, GA). The Warriors go into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record.
The Mountaineers (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Murray County (Chatsworth, GA). The Indians go into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Murray County was overwhelmed by Southeast Whitfield County (Dalton, GA), 7-0, in a non-league battle.
