The Palmer Ridge Bears (Monument, CO) basketball nipped the host Air Academy Kadets (US Air Force Academy, CO), 29-24 in Friday's non-league test.
The Bears (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Liberty (Colorado Springs, CO). The Lancers go into the test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Liberty got by Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO), 44-37, in a league test.
The Kadets now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Vista Ridge for a non-league test on Monday, February 7.
