In Saturday's non-league outing, the Cardinal Newman Crusaders (West Palm Beach, FL) basketball squad beat the host Baker County Wildcats (Glen St. Mary, FL), by a count of 63-45.
The Crusaders (10-14) will now prepare for their outing against John Carroll Catholic (Fort Pierce, FL). The Rams go into the non-league outing with a 16-9 record. In their last outing, John Carroll Catholic defeated Morningside Academy (Port St. Lucie, FL), 75-25, in a non-league outing.
The Wildcats now hold a 5-18 record. They play next when they travel to Clay for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 7. Baker County will clash with a Blue Devils squad coming off a 59-45 non-league loss to Bartram Trail (St. Johns, FL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-15.
