The Botkins Trojans basketball team (Botkins, OH), was nudged 57-52 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Shawnee Indians (Lima, OH)
The Indians now sport a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kenton for a Western Buckeye battle on Friday, February 10. Shawnee will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 66-37 league loss to Van Wert (Van Wert, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-12.
The Trojans (8-9) will now prepare for their battle against Anna (Anna, OH). The Rockets come into the Shelby County battle with a 7-14 record. In their last battle, Anna was nudged by Versailles (Versailles, OH), 67-47, in a non-league battle.
