The West Prairie Cyclones basketball team (Sciota, IL), was overwhelmed 61-29 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Brimfield Indians (Brimfield, IL)

The Indians now possess a 11-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Elmwood for a Prairieland battle on Wednesday, February 8. Brimfield will confront a Trojans team coming off a 60-40 non-league win over Bushnell-Prairie City (Bushnell, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 17-8.

The Cyclones (1-25) will now prepare for their battle against Rushville-Industry (Rushville, IL). The Rockets come into the non-league battle with a 4-22 record. In their last battle, Rushville-Industry was overwhelmed by Camp Point Central (Camp Point, IL), 77-33, in a league battle.
