Centerpoint Knights (Amity, AR) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Prescott Curley Wolves (Prescott, AR), 49-27 in a league bout.

With the victory, Centerpoint upgrades its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Genoa Central (Texarkana, AR) to play the Dragons in a 3A Region 7 bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Dragons come into the bout with a record of 8-18. Genoa Central lost 57-51 in their recent league bout against Fouke (Fouke, AR)

Next up, the Curley Wolves play the Fouke Panthers (Fouke, AR) in a 3A Region 7 bout, on Saturday, February 11. Prescott will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record.
